Why We Built This Site
Public access begins with the office that owns the case. The San Patricio County District Clerk maintains records for the 36th, 156th, and 343rd District Courts. The County Clerk serves county-level civil, misdemeanor, probate, and related matters. Six Justice Courts and each municipal court retain their own dockets. re:SearchTX provides an important statewide search layer, but it does not replace every local clerk. The material here brings those distinct routes together while preserving the differences among them.
What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket sheet must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original San Patricio County record.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its service, result coverage, privacy terms, and prices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports operation of this resource. San Patricio County Court Docket does not control a partner's charges or guarantee its results.
