Terms of Use

These conditions govern access to San Patricio County Court Docket. Visiting, reading, or using a search feature signifies agreement. A person who does not accept these terms should discontinue use.

NO FCRA USE. This website is privately owned and run. It has no affiliation with any local, state, or federal government body or court. Neither this site nor any of our advertising partners offer services meant for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or any other use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We exist to help visitors find court dockets and case-record resources in San Patricio County and Texas. We are not a private investigation firm, and we are not a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, independent from every court and government office. It stores no official docket and cannot retrieve a case, alter a setting, or file a document.

Its content directs readers to the San Patricio County District Clerk, County Clerk, trial and lower courts, re:SearchTX, and outside tools that may assist public research.

2. Informational Use Only

All material is general information. It does not replace an official docket, signed order, or advice from counsel. Confirm any material point with the clerk or court maintaining the San Patricio County case. Government Code Chapter 552 is the Texas Public Information Act, but section 552.0035 places the judiciary and adjudicative case records outside the ordinary agency-request framework. Applicable court rules and custodian procedures control those files.

3. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

  • Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
  • Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
  • Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
  • Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, use an FCRA-compliant screening company.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing published here is legal advice. Only a licensed Texas attorney can advise how a case, order, charge, or deadline applies to a particular situation.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Dockets change constantly - cases are filed, hearings are set, settings get reset, and matters are sealed, dismissed, or amended. We try to keep up, but gaps are unavoidable. Nothing on this site should be treated as an official statement from a court or clerk. Always verify a docket entry or court date with the court that holds the case before you rely on it.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may lead to clerk pages, court portals, re:SearchTX, legal-aid resources, and independent services. Those sites control their own availability, content, prices, privacy practices, and terms. Review their rules before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to San Patricio County Court Docket or its content partners. Copying, distribution, modification, or derivative use requires prior written authorization.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is disclaimed for harm arising from use of the website or reliance on information supplied here or by a linked service.

10. Indemnification

A user agrees to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims, demands, actions, fees, and related costs caused by that user's conduct or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from website use must be brought in a court located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

Revised terms become effective when posted to this page.
